The Kinds of Fun People You Might Meet at College

If you haven't been to college yet you are definitely in for an experience. Crazy people, happening parties, shy virgins just waiting to give it up…..

Ok the last two are more or less complete lies, but there definitely are lots of crazy people. For instance in my dorm we had this one guy named Mike. He was a couple of years older than us, which was odd because most people ditch the dorm by their junior year. However it later became evident why no one would want to live with him.

Mike was somewhat egotistical. That is to say he looked at himself in a mirror more times in a week then most girls I know do in a decade. And not simple looking, he enjoyed flexing. And this wasn't just limited to mirrors, windows and standing bodies of water were also fair game. It was so bad that we often saw him walk into the bathroom, admire himself and walk right out without ever using the facilities.

Needless to say you might expect someone like Mike to lack some of the interpersonal skills that you or I take for granted. For instance his method of wooing my friend Beth was to walk into our room where she was laying on the futon and throw a handful of condoms on her. Great Guy.

Mike lived on a different floor than us, but apparently he was relegated to our bathroom for his preening because all of the kids on his floor laughed him off. Eventually we got rid of him by drawing a man on the mirror with Herculean proportions and the line "Mike, how do you measure up"
